Brambles is a modern family run care home of quality and distinction located in the beautiful village of Wye. The area is steeped in history and boasts some of the finest scenery and walks available throughout the Kent countryside.
Brambles is a safe and secure environment in which we encourage each resident to lead an independent and active lifestyle balanced with the appropriate level of physical and emotional support.
Levels of Care are tailored to individual requirements and an individual care plan is in place for all the residents and reviewed on a regular basis. Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and our dedicated, caring team are trained to nationally recommended and/or NVQ standards.
Facilities
Each room has en suite facilities and is tastefully decorated with the residents comfort and safety in mind. Personal photographs and small items of furniture are welcome to help make the surroundings feel like home from the very beginning.
Special dietary requirements are fully catered for. Brambles has its own hairdressing facilities and opticians, dentists and chiropodists visit on a regular basis.
